The book came in excellent condition and within the time parameters listed in the advertising.
It is an excellent book for a college level interst. The title "I hate you, Don't leave me," gives you an insight that it is an illness of relationships with others.
Someone that I know recommeded this book to me. It is exceptional in explaining this type of personality.
I really wanted to develop an understanding of this very interesting personality disorder. It is never less than factual, which I find refreshing.
The writing style is for 12th grade and above. I don't know about anyone younger than that reading a book like this.
The others are not just those that are closest to you, however; it gives insight into how this person came to have this disorder, how they relate to others, how they can help themselves, how important it is to understand what they are going through. Thank you for reading this.
It's doubly sad that someone with BPD would choose to live in the chaos rather than taking a simple supplement with no side effects. That's fine. The fatty acids actually worked on my BPD and the chaos stopped. Sometimes the chaos and negativity gets directed at me.

This book helps.I think the biggest benefit from reading these is to remind myself that I have to remain dispassionate while my BPD close family member lives in chaos. Hope these articles help someone else. Just read the summary of the research I've posted.
I hope they help others, but it's going to take years and years before the psych community adopts their use. Then they decided they didn't need them because there was nothing wrong and stopped taking them. The pdf''s can be downloaded. It also turns out the fish oil supplements prevent adolescents from developing schizophrenia. Use the EPA as a guideline for how many pills to take per day.
I think I've read every book written on borderlines, or at least most of them. Those findings might help a loved one. I've seen many positive results following the use of these supplements. You can then download the full article pdf file. Now the papers are starting to come out supporting that. Arctic Pure Ultra Potency Omega 3 Fish Oil 2 pills is 1700 mg of fish oil which contains 900 mg of EPA. The EPA is the important number when calculating the amount to take. It even explains the type of family someone with this disorder typically comes from and how the disorder came about. I found the book (I Hate You, Don't Leave Me) to be easy to read and understand for anyone wanting to know about the Borderline Personality. It is very specific in terms of the types of behaviour and symptoms the Borderline suffers from in day to day life. Having recently being diagnosed with this personality disorder I was keen to find out all I could about it, this book has certainly answered any questions that I had. I think it is a good book to read as an introduction to BPD.
Although it's the first BPD book I am reading, I'm not finding it hopeful, although, but I highly recommend to anyone who wants to understand BPD. Good read meant by me is we can study the underlying causes, by not jumping into the symptoms and the possible treatments. We can't counter respond to something which we do not know of the causes. The examples of real cases are a good read, not quick-fixes. I think it is highly crucial for one who is really interested to understand BPD from scratch, whether if you're reading the first book or not.
